Government of Hong Kong has failed to cart Mentative of the deceased owner as to market value for purpose of probate on July 6th 1916 steamships Telemachus Lloyds 367 Laertes Lloyds 163 Pheumpens Lloyds 530. On the work on which they were employed in 1916 each ship necessarily carried about 450 tons of Kentledge. It has been agreed to accept decision of the shipping controller as final. Please ask him to state value of each ship reply by telegraph.
